A one-off session (face to face or online) costs £70. Continuing treatment is £60 per session, the reduced rate applies from the first session when booking multiple sessions. The Quit Smoking Package is £180 for three 60-minute sessions, including worksheets, an MP3 digital download and relaxation tracks. Instalments are available for the Quit Smoking Package.
Yes. Online sessions are available via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp at the same rates as face-to-face sessions.
Face-to-face sessions are held in Deal, Kent.
Yes. I am a member of the British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists (BATHH), the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO) and the Research Council for Complementary Medicine (RCCM).
